My name is Angel Cook and I am this year’s Volunteer Coordinator for the Cotee River Bike Fest! We would LOVE to have your help this year to help this event run smooth and ensure a fun time for all!

Cotee River Bike Fest is a motorcycle rally with live music all day long, and includes the Official Harley Davidson Demo Trucks & Jumpstart Displays, Battle of the Bands contest winner performance, Revolution Roller Derby, Food, Vendors, Beverage trucks, and for the FIRST time a separate Biergarten featuring only Craft brews and micro-breweries! The headliner band is the national act, “Firehouse”. It’s going to be an amazing event!! PLUS, proceeds from this event will directly benefit the West Pasco Chamber of Commerce.

Cotee River Bike Fest is a 3-day event beginning, Oct. 13-15th, that begins in the morning and runs to late into the evening, Friday-Sunday. As you can imagine, this event is going to take a TON of volunteers! That is where you come in! Volunteers will be needed all for various job duties throughout the weekend, going in 2-hour increments:

Friday: 12:00pm – 11:00pm- shifts beginning at: 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm, 8pm-10pm, 10pm-11:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am – 11:00pm- shifts beginning at: 8am-10am, 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm, 8pm-10pm, 10pm-11:30pm
Sunday: 9:00am – 7:00pm- shifts beginning at: 8am-10am, 10am-12pm, 12pm-2pm, 2pm-4pm, 4pm-6pm, 6pm-8pm
Sunday Clean-Up– we absolutely have to have our Park totally CLEANED up by 7 am Monday morning. Since I am CERTAIN no one would want to do an overnight shift, a shift from 7pm-11pm or any type of shift for cleanup would be SO appreciated!!!!! Even if it is for an hour- this is a HUGE task and can truly use all hands on deck!
